Foodie Friday - Honey Roasted Chicken

 Yummy simple recipe from Martha Stewart that you can cook for a simple dinner for two or when you have kids coming over and you are too busy to cook so just throw the chicken into the oven and let the oven do the cooking. 
Perfect recipe for busy people :) I've cooked this recipe a few times and I've tried adding herbs and different sauces as I experiment on. So happy Friday and Bon Appetit. 
Note: The chicken above is a bit burnt because I followed the recipe and my oven was too hot. It was also my 1st time using my new oven so I still wasn't sure of my oven's mood and temperatures. Everyone oven is different, You've got to know how yours work. I put 150 degrees for a better even baking.
Note 2: This recipe goes really well with aglio olio and blenched veggies or steamy hot rice.
