Since my mom is on a strict diet, to show her my support I've also been on her diet. I use to take at least 5 to 10 eggs a week. It's too much I know. So I've cut down my egg yolk diet to 2 to 3 yolks a week. I still take my veggie and fruit diet on weekdays but I've cut down on carbs and top up my oats intake. Both sides of my family have history of cardiovascular disease so I can't really take things lightly now. Stumble upon Eating Well site that have some interesting Pasta Salad recipe. I'll try making it next week and the best part is I can make the salad in advance and leave it in the fridge!
